Take the qualification assessment exam

Three levels under the professional standard — agent, expert, broker. The exam is administered by the Union's qualification assessment center and venues across the country; the certificate is recorded in the federal register.

What membership of the Union gives

Members' rights are set out in the Charter. Partner offers — banking, insurance and legal services for members — are placed within the areas of work.

  • Participate in the management of the Union in the manner established by the Charter.

  • Receive information about the activities of the Union and get acquainted with its documentation.

  • Make proposals on issues of the Union’s activities and participate in their discussion.

  • Participate in the work of committees, commissions and working groups.

  • Use the Union’s support and opportunities under the terms of the relevant programmes.

  • Leave the Union in accordance with the Charter.

How to join

Join the Union

Membership is open to organizations and professionals prepared to follow professional standards and disclose information in the Union’s registers.

    Written Application

    The application is submitted to the President of the Union.

  2. 02

    Review by the Commission

    The Membership Committee reviews the application and information provided.

  3. 03

    President’s Decision

    The President decides whether to admit the applicant to the Union.

  4. 04

    Payment of fees

    After approval, the applicant receives the payment details and pays the required fees.

  5. 05

    Register and Certificate

    The information is entered into the Register of Members, and the organization is issued a certificate of membership.
