The Union's working bodies: this is where standards, legislative initiatives and industry decisions are prepared. Representatives of member organizations — executives, lawyers, heads of sales — can take part.

Specialized Committees
Each committee covers its own market segment or Union function and prepares proposals on it for the General Council.
Legal Affairs
The committee protects the rights and interests of market participants in the legal field. It monitors changes in legislation, analyses court practice and prepares guidance on the legal regulation of real estate transactions. Subcommittees on rent and tenancy, commercial real estate, land and country real estate, the secondary market and new builds work within the committee.

International Cooperation
The committee strengthens business ties between Russian and foreign industry participants. Commissions
Commissions of the Union
The commissions deal with membership, ethics and dispute resolution, as well as legislative initiatives.
Ethics and Dispute Resolution
The commission upholds high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct among market participants. It reviews complaints, conflicts and disputes between participants and seeks their fair and prompt resolution, including through mediation. The commission maintains the code of ethics and prepares recommendations that strengthen trust in the real estate market.

Membership
The commission reviews applications to join the Union, checks candidates against the requirements and prepares decisions on admitting new members.
