Realtor Law: The Movement Continues

While headlines scream about "passions" and "rejections," in reality, work is ongoing.

The Russian Union of Real Estate Market Participants took part in a working meeting at the State Duma chaired by Svetlana Razvorotneva. The main issue for our industry was discussed — the draft law on the regulation of real estate activities.

🔹 Federal bodies (Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Labor, Rosreestr) presented constructive amendments — a professional dialogue took place.

🔹 The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor General's Office supported the initiative, emphasizing: regulation is necessary.

🔹 The main decision: the realtor registry should be federal. This is the path to transparency and fair competition!

We, as the Russian Union of Real Estate Market Participants, will continue active work on the law that will protect citizens and businesses, bring order, and strengthen trust in the profession.
